Nicole training has been awesome!!! I’ve really enjoyed myself these last 4 weeks and can’t wait to start the new challenge on March 10th. I get it a 10/10- most definitely would recommend to others.

I think would help me the best was community. Being able to read other people‘s progress and showing accountability. The workouts were decent. I would say I would love to work more of the machines versus free weights, especially looking at exercises that would focus on my back.

Where do I begin? I haven’t been this consistent on a workout plan ever. I lost weight and inches on this program. Very concise details. Lots of weights were thrown around. I love it and have already signed up for the next program. I’m better already!

Loved the program so much I signed up for 1:1 coaching as well 😭. Great program and Nicole is giving coach/motivator/in your corner. Got me motivated for my personal goals and can’t wait for the next one!

I stumbled upon this Challenge the day before it began and so happy I did. The workouts were everything I needed to jumpstart my return to THERAPY after being out of the gym for almost a year. Nicole is dynamite in a little petite package and she's great at pushing you to always challenge yourself. I'm looking forward to her next challenge.

This was awesome, challenging, fun and extremely motivating. I gained so much pertaining to toning my glutes. They are rounder and firmer. Now if I can just stay consistent and push myself I will have my home made BBL lol Nicole is amazing. I have done challenges before and she is the only trainer that did a mental wellness check. The others that I participated only did accountability pertaining to ensuring you train and eat right 👍🏾❤️💯

I've been following Nicole for a while and have signed up for other of her challenges, hence why I purchased this one. I love it so far, I absolutely love that she is giving the option of home workouts and detailed videos of each and single exercise. However personally, I would've loved to have a slight more diversity of exercise. I know she gave out her reasoning as to why she created this programme this way. The only suggestion I would make and not just for this challenge is if possible for bodyweight exercises to have an option to add BW or something elsewhen inputing the weight for each rep/set. I don't think 0 or own weight is correct to add. I would always recommend Nicole's workouts as she does know what she is saying/doing. Looking forward to her next challenge on Solin.
