I love that she provided the videos so we can have proper form. I will continue to do these exercises added on to what I already do and I will succeed at my pull up’s. Taking this course I was able to do push ups on my finger tips!!! Super stoked.

Love it❤️ I would recommend it to anyone and if you really put the effort for it you will see the changes you are looking for and an increase on your fitness level. Just 100/10😁. Plus I love Raahavy content so that's another thing.

Note: Before joining I've messages the creator and asked whether it's actually suitable for me at my current weight and ability level, and got reassured that it was. Now to my experience: This program isn't appropriate for absolute beginners and may cause injury as it did for me. The program itself does include "beginner" variations and more advanced variations, but as with many fitness programs, the definition of 'beginner' isn't appropriate for actual beginners, especially if you're overweight or have a more limited range of motion where you're starting out. I would recommend it only for people who either are already active, are around a healthy-ish weight point, as well as those familiar with calisthenics, or those who are ok with skipping exercises or who feel comfortable come up with variations based on recommendations from other people on the app (who are just other users, and the creator also mostly just kind of makes suggestions instead of being able to help or address all concerns). I didn't feel like the *actual* beginner experience existed, and you were left to your own devices most of the time. It wasn't really a challenge because I struggled along for a bit before hurting myself and giving up. Most days were very difficult to accomplish even the warm-up on. As a fitness challenge for people who are already at the level that's called "beginner" here, I think it would be really cool and a fun experience, but for true beginners, it can prove to be a different experience and potentially if you're not careful, you could hurt yourself. I think it's very important for people to know before they go into it, so it's not a review that doesn't like Raahavy, I just think that it's important to advertise correctly and be mindful of different bodies and abilities going forward. I think that after losing half the weight I have, I would probably have a different, more positive experience.
