Nice workout, 20 minutes are pretty easy to do everyday. Perfect: being able to choose with or without music. A lot of extra's (workout 10 min. and meditation). Great idea for saturday and sunday: 'free' of doing a workout/yoga. Really love doing this challenge! ❤️🙏

My experience was poor. No person was available to talk or guide us. I did not know where to go to start the program. Left several messages with Pouya. He responded stating someone will reach out to guide me. No one called or emailed. Would like to request my money back please. Very poor communication.

I enjoyed the class of fat loss with pouya so far . It's not only about losing fat. it's a life style..with thisprogram, we get a routine in our life. It's a combination of work out and yoga and meditation and core exercises. I feel all my muscles are engaging during the class. I have to confess that I reallly enjoy every seconds of his class . You can't even feel the passing of time. The yoga and meditation is a plus .he teaches us how to focus how to breathe how to pay attention to our body step by step and day by day So greatful for this program. I wish i had bought this program sooner. But never is late. Thank you pouya for making this program. also I hope you make more programs like this for us.

The program has just completed week 2. I have found the exercises challenging but effective in giving a great work out. Pouya gives detailed instructions and encouragement. The bonus core exercises provide a complement to the basic workout. I usually complete the yoga/meditation later in the afternoon for a great closer to the day. I already can feel a difference in my tolerance and stamina. My clothes also feel looser on me. I highly recommend the program. It’s easy to follow, supportive and effective.

I enjoy the program so far. It’s challenging but at the same time i don’t feel overwhelmed. I can already feel a difference to when I started on day one Me and my sons train together sometimes and then it’s very convenient that one of us is able to choose a non music video 😊👍 I also love that I can juggle with the videos as I need to. So I did the workout from day3 today, because I couldn’t make it on Wednesday. Thank you for the program. I’m glad I decided to join 👌🙏 I started the program to lose weight, get healthier and to reduce the amount of time thinking about what to practice. AND because I like Pouya‘s Instagram reels 👍

I startet one week late so far even I am behind I like it very much. Except for the exercises that I need to involve my bad knees, everything works for me, I wish there was a modified version for them.

Super cheerful, what helps in enjoying. Easy, so dont have to think to much. Feel happier aftherwards, so nice energetic movements and also muscle strain en see it already at my body, thats motivating! Realy good!! Resonates with me.

I enjoyed the training, encouraging for laziness as its steps up gradually toward hard level, and the timing of the practice is not boring and won’t make you exhausted. I got to know Soheil from Instagram and I’m not regret joining the program disregard to gain the goal weight which you will if follow the diet too.

I started following Pouya on IG some time ago, so when I read about this 8-week challenge I immediately decided to give it a try. And I'm so happy I did. Although the classes are pre-recorded, you feel that he's guiding you all the way through. Of course, he's not a magician, you must work hard and be consistent with the program to see any type of result - following his advice, I added 40-min morning walks and a diet to his classes. I'm at week 5, I haven’t lost much weight yet, but I can really see my body changing and I feel much stronger. Also, since I started this challenge with Pouya, I went to see an orthopedist for a pain in the knee that started some year ago and I never found the time to check out, and just some days ago I quit smoking. Pouya's challenge is a life changer, really. I feel such a joy every day when I start with his first class (workout), and then make 10 min ABS, followed by the yoga class and finish the routine with his 10 min Meditation. I love the whole program, not to mention the music! I trust so much this method, that I'm sure I'll get his next Challenge as well. Thank you so much!

I am happy to have started this experience. I definitely feel better, I started a bit later, in fact, I am on Wednesday of the second week and despite this, I have already lost 2kg by following the morning walk and exercises. I really like the Yoga lesson, it's extremely relaxing.

Awesome program. I didn’t need to loose a lot of weight, just the obligatory love handles and tummy pouch that come with being a middle aged man, but it worked. After three weeks (please, also listen to the food recommendations. A lot comes from eating less) I am loosing that fat AND getting ripped abs. I will do the same program for the next three weeks, and I guess after that I will be 💯. It’s been a great experience for both body and soul. Kudos to Pouya 🙏🏼

I have been following Pouya on Instagram for a while and every exercise that he shares and I do, actually helps my body heal. So, when he offered the 6 week program I jumped on it. Two weeks in and am absolutely loving it. It has an amazing combination of meditation, yoga and exercise. I feel amazing when I'm done. To top it off I also bought the custom made eating plan and there are some fabulous recipes in there. It is so much easier to do a health program when there is guidance and you are not on your own. I would recommend for everyone to invest in this program, even if you are not interested in losing weight because it is a fantastic program that helps you move daily and you have the replays for good. Very good course!! I see it already, i did also the fatlose beginners. I bit trouble with the digital things. there was one video with no sound. Workout and yoga. Tuesday, week 1. And sometimes the video was out of service. Busy at that time?

Had a good look at the program and am very satisfied with it - not started yet though as we have builders in the house at the momoment renovating a finca we bought in the Tramuntana mountains in Malllorca - but the roof terrace is nearly complete which is where my daily exercise routines will begin !

A little too slow...for me. Also, there are only 5 workouts and 2 of them are repeated, so you really only get 4 new workouts in the week. It is also quite odd there is no warm-up routine. Exercise 101 says to always warm up first.

I did write to support about 2 issues. I was told they were resolved. They are not Videos stuck every 5-7 minutes on 1-2 minutes During registration somehow my work email was used. I asked to delete one and still, I got a request to leave a Review on one -so it is not a very happy one
