Pat is an amazing coach, encourager, and a bundle of fun! Even though I have long way to go (cardio and planks nearly took my life!), she has a way of coaxing you into sticking through each exercise for the duration. Who woulda thought 5-10 mins could be so challenging!! Excited to get stronger with Pat’s help, and grateful for her program, her easy to follow instruction, and her positive spirit!!

I love the short, effective daily workouts which give you energy and set the tone for the day. I have been exercising regularly for 37 years and I’m 69 now and feel great. I do a long walk almost daily then Pat’s class, add in stretching and maybe some yoga and I’m all set. First time I have purchases classes because there are so many online but I’m glad I did. I just recommended Pat to a friend of mine. Thanks, keep up the good work!

I enjoyed Pat Heard’s 25x25x25 because she is an excellent instructor! I liked how she explained each exercise and gave us cues and pointers. The circuits were suited to all skill levels and were not overwhelming! I wanted to learn how to incorporate weights into my daily routine without worrying about injury. I just turned 65 and feel empowered to keep working on my fitness journey thanks to Pat!

I enjoyed the 25X25X25. I enjoyed all the different workouts and the shorter ones I combined with some of the other shower ones. The other challenges I liked each week and similar ones with a bit of differences added in. sometimes I was looking for a particular workout I really liked and had to find it to repeat. Overall it really worked a lot of different muscles repeated i9n one workout and really felt them. I do like the ones that are a bit longer...10-15 minute. So looking forward to another one. Thank you for taking the time to put it all together. Oh and thanks for the Wednesday separate workouts!!!

I absolutely love it so far! I had fallen off the fitness wagon for a while and needed something to help me slowly get back into the habit. These short sessions are exactly what I needed so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. I can do one, two or repeat any sessions I like, depending on how I’m feeling. The exercises are quick and effective circuits that can be done anywhere for 15 mins. I sometimes combine upper and lower to get a full body when I am able. Love using my resistance bands in a program format instead of just random exercises .

Like Pat’s previous challenges—this latest one with bands is terrific. Manageable, portable and a wonderful addition. Loes the addition of cardio with the bands. Effective and totally doable. I look forward to doing at least one of the challenges daily. Love the 15 minute window, which is pretty simple to work into your day. A girlfriend who does Pats exercises shared the link for the ‘5 minute arms workout’ & I’ve been doing now for some weeks. My arms have strengthened but I’ve noticed greater benefits in my overall outlook on life. I find myself taking Pats positive attitude and words of encouragement throughout my day. And when something gets a little hard (beyond exercise ) that I’m tackling, I hear ‘it’s not that easy’ rather than avoiding it or giving up I then hear Pat ‘s words ‘stay stay stay’ Thank you. I love the Core and Legs Edition! I am motivated because it is a challenge, and I bought it so I could get in shape. I already have the tank top toned arms challenge and I love it. I like that it is 45 seconds on and then you get a 15 second break. It is super challenging, and it is easy to fit in a 15 minute workout every day. Pat is great at keeping me motivated!

This 30 day tank top challenge has been the highlight of my day. Just finished week one and I’m always excited to show up for more. It’s so effective I feel it in all the moves. Your easy style of teaching is such a joy, you’ve inspired me to show up everyday for myself. This challenge is a workout for anyone looking to add more movement and fun to their lives’s. The workouts are 15 minutes so it makes it perfect to pop in and get it done or add it onto their daily routine, I love that.

I thought I would like the bands more,but I don't feel like they are a good fit for me. I have too many issues with my shoulders, elbow and wrists. Weights are my favorite, so I'll keep doing that!
