Pat is Very nice. When I message her, she messaged me back and even though Iāve been recouping from a surgery, I still have been able to do some of the workouts love that they are just short periods of time to get things done.

The exercises are quick and effective circuits that can be done anywhere for 15 mins. I sometimes combine upper and lower to get a full body when I am able. Love using my resistance bands in a program format instead of just random exercises .

Like Patās previous challengesāthis latest one with bands is terrific. Manageable, portable and a wonderful addition. Loes the addition of cardio with the bands. Effective and totally doable. I look forward to doing at least one of the challenges daily. Love the 15 minute window, which is pretty simple to work into your day. Highly recommend anyone trying to get regular workouts with results to give this challengeāor one of the others(!) a go! Thanks Pat!

It's been great so far! I love that Pat has a section with the proper techniques before the beginning of the first session! She gives helpful hints to follow along and gives encouragement throughout! A girlfriend who does Pats exercises shared the link for the ā5 minute arms workoutā & Iāve been doing now for some weeks. My arms have strengthened but Iāve noticed greater benefits in my overall outlook on life. I find myself taking Pats positive attitude and words of encouragement throughout my day. And when something gets a little hard (beyond exercise ) that Iām tackling, I hear āitās not that easyā rather than avoiding it or giving up I then hear Pat ās words āstay stay stayā Thank you. I love the Core and Legs Edition! I am motivated because it is a challenge, and I bought it so I could get in shape. I already have the tank top toned arms challenge and I love it. I like that it is 45 seconds on and then you get a 15 second break. It is super challenging, and it is easy to fit in a 15 minute workout every day. Pat is great at keeping me motivated!

This 30 day tank top challenge has been the highlight of my day. Just finished week one and Iām always excited to show up for more. Itās so effective I feel it in all the moves. Your easy style of teaching is such a joy, youāve inspired me to show up everyday for myself. This challenge is a workout for anyone looking to add more movement and fun to their livesās. The workouts are 15 minutes so it makes it perfect to pop in and get it done or add it onto their daily routine, I love that.

I have been an athlete all my life until a few years ago. Running for over 40 years took a toll on my knees. Now that I donāt run anymore and dealing w menopause weight gain Iām increasing my strength training and your program is great. Keeps me on track and great I donāt need to spin hours in a gym!! I thought I would like the bands more,but I don't feel like they are a good fit for me. I have too many issues with my shoulders, elbow and wrists. Weights are my favorite, so I'll keep doing that!
