This is the MOST consistent I have EVER been. Because she has been where I have been and is where I want to be...it motivates me to keep going! I love this community. My two suggestions would be to add videos of all the workouts both in the gym and at home, as well as, adding a nutrition portion. I would highly recommend this challenge abd will probably go through this program again until I reach my goals. It's only been 3 weeks and I already see results!

I definitely feel myself getting stronger with this program. I like the exercises and the community, I'm surprised at how consistent I've been. The only thing I suggest would be 2 short videos for each exercise-one at the gym and one at home. Also some don't have videos and for people who are just starting to lift, you need to google what each one is.
