That was an amazing challenge! This was my first time ever purchasing a workout plan or guide off of Instagram (though I’ve wanted to over and over) because I never thought they would work for me! I’ve been following Meg for years and her progress is just so inspiring and she’s reppin for us tall girls so u decided to give it a try. It was amazing I would love more challenges in the future that was amazing!!!

I love love love the support group it is so encouraging and a great way for me to stay focused! Aside from the app “Solin” itself is a little glitchy and I’ve had to reset quite a few times.

I'm so impressed with the organization and preparation work put into this challenge. The videos were super helpful; without them I would have been lost and unsure of proper form. I just finished week 1 and am dripping sweat, which I didn't expect. Really strong start and I feel like Megan and Cuban have set us up to succeed.

I was unable to even begin my challenge due to my work schedule and I pretty much knew this was going to happen but I wanted to still have the material offered to use at my own pace. I see other peoples results and I was very impressed. Im still coming don’t sleep on me yet. Great job ladies and gentlemen.

I loved every workout even though I wasn’t able to do it daily I still managed to do 3-4 days in 1 due to my schedule at work overnight and my sons behavior. This week was a challenge I was willing to take and I’m proud of myself. This 10 day mind over matter challenge has pushed me to keep going. I’m still feeling everything in my abs when I cough lol. My allergies have been kicking my butt too but I would like to thank Megan and Cuban for this experience and I’m going to continue to workout as much as I can.

I love the community it helps me stay motivated and on task . I am happy they wrote out the names of each exercise. I was able to YT and get a break down on the correct way to do each exercise and examples of moderation. I haven't worked out in over 10 yrs and this was a great start to help me integrate fitness into my everyday lifestyle.

I exercise about 4 times a week so I love that this gives me structure and I can add weight Also, being menopausal the strength training works for me just perfect. It's a workout for all!

The product was good but I did not always get clear answers to my questions. I repeatedly asked if we could keep the exercise regimen after the challenge but got no answer. Also the repetitions for the exercises was not always clear

It didn't seem like a lot went into putting this program together. And the nutritional part was pretty basic anyone can get that info online & wasn't what I expected. This program seemed like it was more for beginners that don't know where to start. It was advertised for "everyone" when clearly that's not the case.
