I LOVED everything about Maria’s 21 day glow up challenge. 💜 I’ve tried working out with a few trainers near me since giving birth, and I was always left in terrible pain. I don’t know if the workouts weren’t arranged properly, or if I just wasn’t doing them right. But Maria’s arrangement of workouts made my mind and body feel sooo good. Her daily and weekly motivation uplifted my spirit soo much, and her showing up for us everyday + encouraging us along the way was truly a gift. I’m looking forward to more of what she has in store. 💜

I hope this is sharing 5 stars! I’m so happy that I found Maria! What an inspiration! I’ve been on a health journey for years. I get bored easily, so changing up my routine helps. I loved the structure, the weekly motivational videos from both her and Devon. I truly felt like each week I was getting stronger and being intentional about what I was going to do that day. I ended up being able to hold my plank all the way through, almost to 1 min straight! Having a community that was cheering you on helped also. Or if there were setbacks which happens. Not only would I join another challenge, I would recommend her every time!❤️

The 21-Day Glow Up Challenge with Maria was truly a great experience! It’s the first time that I’ve ever worked out for 21 days straight and was conscious about the food I was putting in my body. I feel lighter and healthier. I also feel my body much stronger than before. I was able to push my body beyond what I thought it was capable of and was amazed by it and amazed by my own consistency and dedication. My husband also complimented my dedication. He sees a difference. I see the difference. Thank you for this challenge, for also personalizing things, and being willing to meet online. Truly thankful!
