I do love your workouts; the challenge is great so far. However, to improve your training, I would suggest incorporating speaking or a voice over explaining the position workout. This is the only app I have used with excellent video, but I Feel like it’s not so self-explanatory if it’s your first time as a beginner. So, other than that, it’s a fantastic workout and challenge, but when it comes to beginners positioning their bodies, it is best to have a voiceover explaining how to properly stand, lift, how much weight, or where would u feel the area being trained.

I really loved this challenge and will reuse the workouts in the future. At first I was a little bummed and would love if Maia did a full workout video instead of the snippets. I think it would be beneficial for users to follow along and are held to going at her pace. Meal plans down the line would be great too for add ons! Literally, whatever she puts out - I am buying.

The best workouts I stumbled upon on Instagram!! Moves were so creative and easy to follow. After a few weeks I felt stronger and more toned!! The only thing that would make these workouts better is a continuous video vs single moves. Look forward to continuing with other programs!!

This challenge has exceed all my expectations. I need this in my life and in 1 week with these workouts and I’m doing a calorie deficit, I have now lost 4kgs in 1 week. I thank you so much and cannot wait for the next 3 weeks! I can see big changes in my body already and I am so excited to see more changes!

I love everything about this workout and this app! I will be taking challenges with Maia always ! My lululemon mirror just changed over to peloton and I’ve been struggling to find workouts like this . Thanks for motivating me and keeping me interested in working out! ❤️

I love the app and workouts so far. One thing I’ve noticed is that the videos are quite short and kind of a bother to workout to. I have to look at the videos in advance before I begin my workout. Otherwise I’m fumbling around getting them to replay during my workout and it takes me out of what I’m doing. Would recommend longer or looping exercise example videos. Otherwise love the exercises so far and am feeling like I can stick to this plan.

I really like the exercises but think the videos are far too short. I don't understand why you can't show the whole exercise with all the repetitions. I would also like to get information on how heavy weights you use.
