I love the simple east to follow instructions! Slow paced was the jam! I’ve never burned so much! New concept for me. I’d love more how to videos on all the exercises! Madeline is east to follow and super supportive! Will continue to grab her courses!!

Maddie wrote a great program! Some of the movements were missing video examples, but she quickly fixed this and added as the month went on. Very helpful program to get the year started and stay consistent. Would highly recommend!

I love this app and the workouts. I have more stamina and energy. I am not as stressed. I am sleeping well and waking up early in the morning. I am on point with my routines and schedules. I lost some weight and i am loving my LATINA butt, hips, and thighs. Great workout routines.

I loved Maddy’s program! It was super fun to join with old friends and new friends and work through four weeks together. As an experienced lifter it was refreshing to have someone else with knowledge and understanding to follow for a change! Madeline’s program was easy to follow and designed with a well thought out warm-up routine(crucial for my body with many older injuries). I would highly recommend trying it out, you’ve got nothing to lose and only things to gain!(Booty Gains!)
