Ok, so I had been practicing handstands on my own for several weeks, with no real progression. I’m a 6.1, 89kg male, and I struggled to balance my weight. I saw Katrina’s course on Instagram and I thought to give it a try. The handstand encompasses a coordination and control of everything from your feet, through your core to your shoulders and hands. Katrina takes you on a journey to strengthen these areas progressively and grow your confidence with short, sharp and easy to follow exercises and practices. I hit my handstand after 5 weeks, as I needed to strengthen my core for another week. Lo and behold I can now say I can do a handstand. So glad I came across this course by Katrina, because I was on he verge of giving up. Thank you Katrina and to the group in our cohort! 🤸🏻♂️🫶🏽
