This challenge really put me in the mindset I needed! So excited for the next one!

During this journey I had felt not only beautiful inside but outside. I had an amazing coach that had helped me push myself when I wanted to give up due to some pain in my knees that I suffer from. She had helped me find better alternative to still achieve my goals. This guide was not only challenging but simple to understand and doable. I love the community chat where we pushed each other each day and made sure that we still got this with no judgement and bring in positive energy . I am so ready to start the next challenge. Also love that I can do this at the comfort of my home and still see result. Thank you Kris 💕🏋️‍♀️

I LOVED KRIS'S ENERGY! Her warmth and realistic expectations was what pulled me to this challenge. She was so relatable and accessible. She was motivating and inspiring and the exercises were doable and didn't stress me out. Lol! Right amount of sets and reps. I will definitely sign up for the next or any challenge she drops.

Absolutely loved this challenge, pushed me past my limits. Kris was super helpful and informative. Looking forward to what the future brings
