This workout is better than I expected. The plan is easy to follow and very informative. I was able to get in a good work out in a short amount of time which is a plus for me! I am excited to see my results in 6 weeks!

I recently started Kayla’s 6-week at-home workout program and I can’t sing its praises enough! This program is an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to get fit in the comfort of their own home. The best thing about this program is its accessibility. The workouts are designed to be done with no equipment, making it easy for people to start.

Overall I like the training. I just wish it was more organized as to where all the workouts for that one day is in one video instead having to stop working out to click each example. Also it should be more detailed as to if we are doing all three sets in a row per exercise or one set each than start back from the top because some workouts are repeated at the end after I’ve done three sets already so it’s really six sets.
