This program was so helpful! The workouts are intense but not so hard to the point where it makes you want to give up. I saw amazing results in my before and after pics and even dropped an entire pants size within this 4 week period. I ate in a calorie deficit, used Solins meal plan generator and did Jess’s workouts and I’ve never felt better!! I joined this challenge to lose weight and feel better and more confident in my clothes and I can 10000% say that it’s helped. I would recommend this challenge to anyone. It’s so helpful for beginners and I love that every workout can be done at home because I’m NOT a gym girly at all lol. Love love love this workout challenge!!! Worth every penny and I’ll continue to do the workouts since I know it’s helping my body recomp

The workouts were great and wonderfully targeted. I never felt drained and felt stronger and stronger as the weeks passed. I could see my body shifting due to the exercises and am very pleased with my results. I did half of it in the gym and half at home. I’m extra grateful for lifetime access to the workout plans because I will definitely be keeping them in rotation as I work toward my goal. Money and time well spent. I would like to add that aside from a calorie deficit and protein rich meals I only took a vitamin D supplement and joint support. I didn't use any sweat bands, detox teas, waist trainers or the like. I lost about 10 pounds of fat and gained about 5 pounds of muscle according to the body scan tools at my gym. Highly recommend

This was my first challenge and I was a bit apprehensive being that I am a beginner to workout. I have been following Jess for years and her’ BBL challenge was a great way to start this journey. Her videos and workouts were beginner friendly and she was so responsive to every question, concern I had. The community in the challenge was always so positive and encouraging. There was never a day where I felt I wasn’t supported. I would recommend this challenge to everyone.
