I bought this program hoping I can finally get my butt back. And honestly I know it’ll take a while longer than a week but I want to leave this review bc I have noticed that I feel stronger! And I’m so happy! I will continue using this program even when I finish I’ll restart!

Honestly her program is the best that I have tried so far !! I’ve had 2 trainers before her and I haven’t felt the workouts as much as do just with this first week !! I’m so excited to start week 2!

I like it but it’s not enough detail for some of the terminology or suggested reps. Ex: for lunges it says to do two time back and forth vs how many to actually do. I also feel like a lot of the exercises are on equipments that not all gyms have and there is no alternative suggestion.
