I love the home and gym version of the workouts. This is my first workout "challenge" and it lives up to its name, its challenging! The challenge is just what I needed during these holiday months when I tend to skip workouts in favor of social events. Now I'm doing both and its great!

I loved this challenge! I tracked my macros for the entire 6 weeks and found that it made so much difference! I’ve become so much more confident in my body and in my workouts at the gym. Unlike other challenges where I’ve felt better but not seen much visible change this is the first time I see myself in photos and can hardly believe how much leaner I am! Thank you Holly for your continued support and guidance these last 6weeks. I’ve loved it!

I've always been someone who prioritizes her health and working out. After life threw some major curve balls with my brother being diagnosed with brain cancer shortly after I moved across the country away from my family, I had completely given up on my own health goals and myself. I felt paralyzed and hoped this challenge would help me refocus, even if I couldn't be perfect. I liked the ease of the app and tracking weights, to be able to see myself getting strong again each week helped motivate me to keep going. I loved the Q&A's by Holly and her programming. It feels amazing to have done something for myself again. Thank you Holly & Solin for a great experience and giving me the kick in the butt I needed.

I loved having the workouts for the week and taking that guessing out of my movement program. Although I didn't use some of the other tools provided and didn't engage much with the community, I know the support was there. I would recommend to anyone wanting to go back to a regular exercise routine.

I really like the workouts so far. They have pushed me a little harder and I’m so glad. I’m feeling the difference in the soreness of my muscles which is good.

I love the program but not the fact that solin uploading mobility exercises somehow wiped out the data from 1st two workouts. You should have uploaded it all before the start of the challenge and have been mor diligent
