I love these workouts! They are challenging yet very easy to fit into your daily routine. I found myself taking 10 minutes to stretch afterwards, because I still had time to spare. And now I can repeat the whole month again. I learned a lot of new exercises; if you want to build a new routine, start here!

Fantastic program for someone trying to get back into the habit of moving every day. The workouts are only 15 minutes. The goals each day are actually achievable and really help you start down the path of real lifestyle change rather than just a 30 day boot camp or fast or something else not sustainable. This was the first program I’ve ever completed and I’ve started MANY. So grateful to Ashli for creating this program. Ready for August thrive next!!

I am 14 weeks postpartum and I have been looking for a program to follow that was not going to break the bank, postpartum friendly but also challenging! This is it! I’ve been loving the workouts. The app is well designed and easy to use. You can track your progress. Love that I can get a sweat in in just 15 minutes.

Awesome program! I can definitely see and feel a difference. I constantly felt motivated by the women in this program to keep pushing and to hold me accountable. I will definitely continue to use her workout and even do another 30 day challenge in the future. Highly recommend!

Love this program! It’s easy to do even for my out of shape body, it’s quick so I don’t feel overwhelmed and can do it even when kids are awake, and I’ve seen results! My sciatica is gone, my minor apron belly is gone, and my clothes are fitting better.

I really liked this program. Have already purchased July. I started late and couldn’t quite keep the motivation (my issue not the program). In general the goals are reachable by everyone. My only (hopefully constructive) criticism is wishing there were a few more adjustments on some of the exercises for beginners. Most of them are doable and some did have modifications but some of the squat/lunge combos were too tough for a full beginner. Other than that I loved it and look forward to next month.

I am really impressed with this program that I can do 15 minutes of hard work daily which I can fit into my schedule and it is enough to feel like it is making a difference. I feel some soreness like I worked hard but not the uncomfortable kind. If you are a beginner to exercise you may need help with technique or modifications. I do wish all 4 weeks were different though. The second two weeks are a repeat of the first two weeks. Overall I am pleased and would do another challenge. I like that it takes the “decision fatigue” out of exercise and I don’t have to decide or plan the workouts which is half the battle for me.
