David’s program has truly been a reawakening for this almost 67 year old woman. I feel better than I have in too long a while, looking better is the icing on the proverbial cake. I lost 12 pounds on the program and moving forward. David is so inspirational, I’m continuing with his program which essentially is a balanced way of living life. He helps every step of the way.

This program has timeless exercises from one of the words, best trainers! This is great for building and maintaining a workout and mindful eating routine. This program is challenging and shows results quickly. Your skin is glowing and you get more energy. There are recipes and delicious, easy and fast to prepare. I love every time to be KIRSCHED 💪🏼. I'm already looking forward to the next challenge. 🥰

I have already completed this program several times and would do it again and again! It is put together so effectively that a positive change can be seen after a short time - both physically and mentally. Despite the small amount of time required, you can see the first results after just one week. For me personally, this is motivation enough to continue in the same way in order to maintain and improve my fitness. I can recommend this program to anyone who needs motivation and wants to achieve positive changes in a short space of time. David is a great trainer who knows how to motivate his clients and always helps with questions or problems. Full marks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

After I had the opportunity to complete 2 Challenges (8 weeks) in a row, the daily workouts are part of my morning routine. After the workouts I feel full of energy, satisfied and happy. This feeling motivates me to keep working out every day. But also our community was helpful, without which I certainly wouldn't have lasted the 8 weeks! It's just fun to help and support each other! The 8 weeks of workout have had such a positive effect on my well-being - both mentally and physically - that I can recommend it to anyone. No matter what fitness level you are at. My body has become more toned, I feel more confident and happier. The nice thing about the 28 Day Masterclass Challenge is that all the exercises are explained very well so you learn how the exercises affect on each muscle region. 14 Day Challenge has definitely met my expectations, even exceeded them. At the beginning, I was skeptical whether I would actually be able to do the workout every day, since I am very busy every January and February. While doing the New York Bodyplan, I already noticed how good the daily workouts were for me - mentally and physically. I was so happy and grateful to be able to continue using these workouts. The first successes began to appear. During the last year I got pain injections placed under the CT every 3-4 months to combat the pain in my lower back (herniated discs). I felt that the muscle building in my lower back/abdomen improved the pain. In addition, my whole body was strengthened. All of this motivated me to continue to follow through with the daily workouts. And I am happy that I decided to participate in the 14 Day Challenge! It was now time for some more intense training. Just the fact that I managed to do the workout every day makes me incredibly proud. And the fact that my body has become incredibly toned makes me even prouder! Even ABS are visible on my belly which was "damaged" by pregnancies!!! And this was also one of my goals. The fact that everything is doable motivates me to keep going. I am happy and grateful to have come this far!!! On my own strength, without your motivations, however, I would never have managed this.🙏 I can't explain that in such general terms. It depends on the individual exercise. Some exercises are very easy for me so that I could increase the repetitions without any problems, but with others I torture myself in order to achieve the given repetitions. However, this has improved in the 2nd week. I don't find the spiderman pushups as bad now as I did at the beginning 😉 . Yes of course I would recommend the 14 day challenge to my friends and family! Even my husband, who was still smirking at me in 2020 when I did my daily David Kirsch Life Workouts on Instagram (of which I never missed a single workout), has already picked up an exercise or two. Yes I do: I can't think of a better trainer! Most important is the correct execution of the exercises and here I find it helpful that the exercises with their mode of action are also explained. In addition, the motivation 🙏 helps me a lot, without which I would certainly not have pulled through some of the exercise to the end. 😊 The UNYBP Challenge was crucial for my decision to continue the regular training in the future, because I realized that it was just right for me! Years ago I trained daily with 2 different DVDs (UNYBP as well as "Sound Mind, sound Body" - fit in 6 weeks) Back then I did the same exercises every day and that was already fun, now I have a different workout every day which is awesome! Regarding nutrition, I have to say that I was already interested in healthy eating as a teenager and have been eating healthy my whole life. This makes it all the more annoying and unfair that I just can't manage to lower my cholesterol. I can't eat any healthier than that and still I can't do it.😐 I love all your recipes and have already prepared some! And finally, I would like to express my gratitude! As with the last 3 challenges, I can say that this masterclass challenge exceeded my expectations. I am fully motivated to start exercising regularly again and feel so much better. Also, my body feels much tighter - I was able to successfully work on my problem areas and that encourages me to keep going. I am very happy that after a short break during the Masterclass Challenge (Covid illness that made me feel very bad on some days), I was able to quickly get back into regular training. Knowing me, I would never have been able to do that on my own. It would probably have taken weeks... ;-) This challenge has helped me to gain physical and mental strength that helps me to cope with everyday life. The workouts are exactly what I want, they challenge me and are fun! I wouldn't want to change a thing. Although it's very demanding, I love pushing my limits and doing my best. 😉 I would absolutely recommend this challenge to my friends and family! After I was initially undecided whether I should participate in the Challenge, because it is all a bit difficult and uncertain at the moment, I can now say that I'm glad I decided to do it! This Challenge, created with a lot of diligence and love, has enriched my life! I feel so much better than before. Not only have the exercises done me good, but also the contact in our community. The challenge definitely exceeded my expectations. As always, David, you delivered such a well thought out series, while educating us on the reasons for certain compounded exercise and you also informed us in some many different levels; nutrition, hydration, supplements and even delicious recipes. Why we do the things we do. And how to do it. Form is everything , no muscle heads in the gym moves. I thought the exercises were really hard. That’s what I loved about them. I have recommended it to friends and family! I can’t believe how lucky I am to be able to not only call you my friend but also an inspiration. You are the real deal and a class act ,who is so sincere. We love you!

100% exceeded my expectations. I expected to see some toning in my body but not the weight loss I experienced. I went from 210 pounds at the beginning to 195 pounds at the end. Although I am not at a my target weight, this is a tremendous accomplishment in a matter of 4 weeks. Also, my body adjusted a lot faster than I had thought to the low carb, low fat diet. The first three days were hard in terms of my energy but I bounced back really fast and actually felt more energy during workouts. I really appreciated all of the detail for the dieting in the various packets. It was really clear what needed to be done providing recipes, guidelines, etc. so I appreciated that. Would you recommend the Challenge to your friends and family? Without a doubt. David just gets it. He knows people are busy in NYC, they’re stressed, they have pressure on them, family matters, etc. He creates workouts that can fit into your busy schedule, things you can do from home or at your home gym with ease. The accompanying diet plan was on point - I’ve talked with other trainers that aren’t actually knowledgeable here (and may think they are). David partnered with a physician on the meal planning to make sure it was safe and healthy. With my experience, I lost 15 pounds in just these four weeks. My waist trimmed up and about halfway through the challenge, I started feeling better about myself since I saw the changes. I know not everyone may see the weight loss that I experienced and that is ok. This 28-day challenge teaches you discipline, prioritizes your health and can help you with those temptations to skip that pizza and margarita. It’s more than just a workout plan, it’s the start of a lifetime commitment to living your best life. Michael Hymes
