I loved this challenge. I haven't worked out in a couple of years and saw dramatic improvements to my body in just 4weeks, I was shocked. The support of the community was great as well. I'm looking forward to my next challenge!

I absolutely loved this challenge! It help keep me on track and I love how it showed the progress I was making. I also loved the videos of each exercise . I would watch a video before a I would start the next workout to help make sure I was using proper form . The last thing I loved about this was the community. The community was so uplifting and I loved the cheering of each other on. I really excited for the next challenge and can’t wait to get started on it!

THIS PROGRAM/ APP WOWOWOWOW. Everything was so organized and clearcut, it made it that much easier to just go in and get the work done. This is a new lifestyle that I don’t ever plan on letting go of. I cannot wait to see how much more muscle I can put on and how toned I can get through this app. I wish yall could actually feel my gratitude over here. everything about this program was 👩🏻‍🍳💋! from the workout splits every week to the videos showing how to do the workouts. i was actually sore after every workout! i am so happy i found this, its helped me so much stay on track and be excited for the next day to hit the gym! can’t wait for the next one! 💪🏻

This was my second challenge with Erin. I have tried so many others and Erin’s challenges are the only ones that I feel really give you the progress you’re looking for. Each of the workouts are curated perfectly! The access to the community for support and motivation is also a huge component that I enjoy. The past 6 weeks were challenging but also so rewarding and I will keep doing challenges with Erin as long as she keeps doing them!

I loved how simple this whole process was. Normally when starting a new program, it’s easy to give up in the beginning due to them being confusing and very overwhelming. This made me feel at ease and very motivated. I wasn’t thrown too much information or overflown with unnecessary information. The workouts were very strict and easy to understand. The videos added to it make it easy to figure out, even without weights. I loved that Erin would comment back on things in the community. It made me feel like she was really there to help and not just make money off of the program. It was really appreciated, even when we knew she was really having life thrown at her. ❤️

I love Erin’s challenges, but this one lit me up! Her challenges hit all the places you didn’t even know could be sore! I’ve seen fantastic results from her 8 week challenges, but this 6 week challenge has really pushed me!! If you’re looking for a program to follow to kick your ass in a good way, this is it!!! You will see so much progress mentally and physically. The community within her challenges are AMAZING SUPPORT.

I loved the program! The only thing that would be really cool is if it had the built-in timer like some of your old challenges had. I realize those were on another platform, but if we could get that back, that would be awesome!

This was my first challenge and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the home workouts. My ONLY recommendation to make it better would be to pair the home with gym exercises so if we have a barbell, squat rack, or whatever is needed for gym version we could sub them in. For example if goblet squat is a front squat in gym version, note that so if I have squat rack I could do front squat versus goblet (more weight available to load on BB versus limited DB weights). This probably wouldn't affect many, but I would love to see it personally. I am so grateful to have rediscovered my love for lifting weights thru this challenge, and have already signed up for the next!

This was my 4th challenge I’ve done of Erin’s and I can’t express enough how much she is a programming genius! As a new personal trainer myself, even having the knowledge there is just something about her programs that I prefer for myself than writing my own. I am not afraid to learn from the BEST!!!!! I was in such a funk with the overwhelming load of life and school but this challenge put me right back into the mindset I need to be in to kick ass all around! I am so looking forward to the next challenge and once again I CAN NOT EXPRESS just how thankful I am!

I’ve followed Erin for years and she’s always been a huge inspiration to me so i decided to purchase one of her challenges. I’ve always been inconsistent in the gym so I have some knowledge but not all this program offers videos showing you what you should look like doing an exercise plus a group of wonderful women to help talk you through the challenge as well. The workouts are well structured and if you follow them i promise you will see changes in yourself and your body!

I really enjoyed the splits! I would’ve liked 1-2 chest exercises in there just to hit all muscle groups. I only had a few glitches with the app but overall I liked it and the tracking feature along with the section where you are able to keep notes. I know some people were looking for a nutrition portion/ macros - I was not needing macro help but I do believe one of the admins did say they would go over it and I don’t think they ever did. Not sure if it was included or not. Overall I loved it and I have recommended it to all of my friends! My body recomp was HUGE. I will be participating in future challenges for sure!!!

I don't even know where to start. This was the second challenge I've signed up for; the first one I couldn't complete due to mental health issues. So, I signed up for the summer challenge determined to do my best. Over these 8 weeks, I experienced many ups and downs and often felt like giving up, but with a lot of effort, I finished the summer challenge feeling like a completely different person. Everything improved—my self-esteem, energy, strength—and most importantly, my mental health. I feel like I can do ANYTHING. This is my 4th challenge. This app has been the easiest thus far to navigate and track progress. The example videos are short and helpful. This was accessible for home or gym. So inspired by Erin and this program. As someone who trains consistently, even I was having a hard time seeing the results I wanted at first. This challenge really helped me get focused on balance between my down time and my grind time. If I missed a day, I wouldn't chastise myself, simply make it up or modify to match the level of intensity I could handle each day. Making sure I was hitting my macros and getting proper rest was probably the most challenging part of the program due to my work schedule, but overall I was consistent for roughly 80% of the time. I did see results, and feel super strong this go around. Most importantly, I just feel good! Thanks a lot, Erin! Your programs have really given me something to show up for each week. I look forward to your next challenge!

I hesitated to join this challenge because of the mental challenge I knew I was about to endure. I bit the bullet and joined. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This has been the toughest challenge both mentally and physically. I’ve pushed myself past limits I didn’t know I had. I’ve seen huge changes in my body, not just physically. This challenge was exactly what I needed to help keep me disciplined, motivated, and accountable. I have always had the mindset that I needed to be perfect to make progress but in reality I needed to just take intentional steps to progress. This challenge not only helped me lose inches, and gain strength physically, but helped me shift my mindset into a positive long term direction. The workouts being grouped into phases made it much easier to stay consistent and learn proper movement and techniques to maintain safety, but they also did not take hours and were very realistic for me as busy working mom. The accountability group was fire and the community is incredible.

I stalked Erin’s IG page for over a year in awe of everything that she has accomplished. Her transformation is truly inspiring! When I saw an opportunity to join a challenge I could do from home with equipment I already had, I signed up immediately! I love a good challenge, I’m super competitive and I know what it takes the hold myself accountable. This was exactly what I needed to kickstart my journey and lifestyle changes. The workouts are amazing, I opted for the nutrition guide and the recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. The community page was the added bonus I didn’t know I needed. I feel like I’ve gotten to know everyone and I’m already looking forward to the next challenge! This challenge is for suitable for all levels of fitness. It’s you vs. you with a super supportive community cheering you on along the way! If you’re thinking about it - JUST DO IT! I promise you won’t regret it.

This is such a nice & easy program to follow. I love the videos that comes with the exercises since there was some I had never done before. And to mark your workout as complete makes you feel accomplished 😊 I saw changed in my body that I didn’t get while I was just doing my normal workout routine.

Erin’s programs not only push you to your full potential but her and everyone in the community have a super fun way of making it so fun! I found myself checking my Solin app and the Facebook group daily purely for the interaction between one another! Everyone is so uplifting here! Erin’s workouts are unlike any workouts I’ve ever done and target muscle groups I didn’t even know existed! With this last challenge I’ve lost a total of 12lbs and gained 5 lbs overall of muscle! I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend anyone who’s interested, to just go for it! She’s there with you every step of the way ♥️

I have done 3 challenges with Erin now! It has always been a struggle for me to have a consistent gym routine… but this challenge has kept me on point!! The way it is structured makes it so that the workouts are enjoyable and challenging where I know I’m not just doing random movements, it’s well thought out. I have also seen the most difference in my body by doing these challenges and FEEL different in the best way possible physically and mentally. The Facebook group is one of the best things that comes with this challenge, it is so motivating and uplifting. Everyone in that group has always been amazing and supportive and you create friends through it! The admins are also amazing, shout-out to Erin and Fran. They’re always responsive. I will be signing up for every challenge to come. I can’t imagine not doing one now! It is truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you’re debating on taking that leap of faith, just do it, you won’t regret it!

This was my first challenge with Erin and let me tell you, it truly changed my life!! I have struggled with losing weight and feeling confident in my body for the last 3 years and was at my whits end with what to do. I decided to take a leap of faith and join this challenge and over the 8 weeks, I lost 15lbs and gained so much confidence back. I feel better about going out with my friends or wearing a slightly cropped top now, instead of just baggy oversized clothes. If you are on the fence about joining one of her challenges, I promise you it is so worth it. The community and advice you receive are truly unmatched! I absolutely love these challenges. I came across Erin august of 2023 and decided to give it a go. I was stuck in my fitness routine and not seeing results. After the first challenge I had amazing results! I stuck to it all, the workouts and food. Another positive about these challenges is the community she had created! I’ve never been in a challenge group before with such supportive women. On my days I feel less than motivated to do my workout I get a notification from the group and it pushes me. They are all so motivating and inspiring. I 100000% recommend erin and will be a lifer with her challenges

This was the first fitness challenge i've ever completed! I lost a total of 9 pounds and 1% body fat! I would highly recommend for anyone, especially if you're someone who is struggling with staying consistent with exercise. You won't just get a bunch of exercises and be on your own. You'll get to be part of a face book group with other members which keeps you motivated and on track. This challenge gives you a supportive fitness community, this doesn't feel like a competition instead it feels like a safe space. Everyone helps each other out with fitness and nutrition questions. I've already signed up for the next challenge! This is actually sorta addicting! 💪🏻💪🏻

Just finishing up my first challenge with Erin. My friend invited me to this challenge and I was skeptical because I’ve never finished a challenge yet. Most are 12 weeks so the 8 weeks length time was super appealing along with the ability to do a home or gym workout. even though I have been on and off with workouts for years I also really appreciated the video how to clips. This way I never had to guess on what was expected including good form reminders at my finger tips. I actually will finish this challenge and am really looking forward to the next 8 weeks.

I won her first round back in 2023 and I’m now still Maintaining and building muscle I’ve never had before, i rejoined to keep myself consistent during big life changes. I find myself always scrolling through the face book and regaining the drive to care. I love that each time she does the challenge it changes so we can develop muscle in different areas of our bodies and confuse them. She’s extremely supportive and you would be crazy not to want to stay .

This was my I believe 4th challenge with Erin and I swear if it’s even possible, they get better and better each time!! Her programs are amazing!! What makes it even better is the community that you become apart of. There is so much support within these challenges. Everyone will back you, motivate you and cheer you on. I like that the meal plan has my calories and macros calculated. For me it is hard to know what to eat next. I purchased this to do with the 6-week grind challenge and so far it has been great. The one thing I would like is to have a grocery list and some meal prep recipes already added in the weekly schedule. Iam excited to see what the next 5-weeks of this meal plan will help me with my goals.

I loved this challenge, it was amazing! The group was amazing I saw. The changes in my body. I just wish the videos had explained how to get set up and perform correctly and engage muscles correctly. You are paying a lot of money so I wish there was some more detail to offer!

While I will say I loved this challenge, the people in the group, as well as the workouts and exercises provided, I feel as if some of the things advertised for the challenge are not true or things I wish were improved. First of all, there is not a true 1:1 messaging with Erin; you can tag her in comments in the Solin app of FB group, but there has not been a 1:1 form of messaging. There are incorrect videos for exercises provided, and they're not always fixed or corrected like it's stated they would be. And when tracking weight, you don't track in the app but rather there is a tracking sheet provided that you can print out and write on. Like I said, I love the past few challenges I've participated in but wish there was full transparency on the things offered or advertised as available.

It would be nice if the Solin app allowed you to change your lifts for situations where a substitution is necessary. Also building in timers would be helpful. Train heroic has this set up quite nicely.

I truly just wish that Erin was more involved. I’d love to see her giving form feedback or doing FB or Insta lives for the members of the group like once a week or something. I know not everyone is always on the same day, but it would be an extra push of encouragement to feel like we’re doing it with her. I loved the workouts although they are pretty much the same as previous challenges as far as I can very limited know. Idk, seems like the challenges are not that important to Erin which sucks because yeah we join because we want to be better for ourselves but we want Erin there too not just picking the winner at the end. lol maybe I just wish for 1:1 coaching or smaller groups that she could focus on.

I love Erin and her programs but I would say this is my least favorite. I don’t like how recording weight/reps is a whole different sheet. On other platforms, you could just input it right there so you can compare super easy to last weeks weights.

The home exercises are more geared towards the gym (ie. the ability to attach long bands to certain heights). I think it would also benefit users (especially those new to working out) to have a written explanation of each exercise to ensure proper form/technique and to prevent injuries.

I think the app needs some work - the layout is confusing to get to your workout week/day/challenge. The community section could use some organization - like maybe when you click on someone’s name you can see ALL posts they’ve contributed. No way to get back to your own posts in the community or get notified if someone has liked/commented/responded to you on a post or your own, unless you scroll through everyone’s posts to find your own. Also no way to track your workouts in the app - had to purchase another app to create the templates for each week and be able to log weight/reps and track each workout. App has potential, but for a user friendly experience it needs some work!
