I have enjoyed the program so far. I like that some of the exercises are the same and some change up each week. The way the program is laid out has helped me maintain my workout schedule even when I don’t feel up to it. My plan is to restart when the current program done and use this schedule to help continue the progress I’ve made and build on it.

I'm loving the program so far, it provides structure for me in the gym. Otherwise I'm just guessing what to do. I love that each week your previous weight carries over so you can try and challenge yourself over time.

Esther’s workouts are doable AND I leave the gym feeling worked with that nice muscle soreness the next day. The app is easy to follow and the layout of Esther’s program with her demo videos make it so low hassle to navigate during your workout.

Following Esther's program provides an easy to use guide while I'm in the gym. I would give it 4.5 stars actually. The only thing I found missing so far is how to modify if missing equipment or the move is too advanced for me. So far though, it's great!

I don’t think the Solin app is super user friendly because there wasn’t a tutorial to begin with. Also I don’t like how if you make a post, there isn’t a notification section to we responses, so you’d have to endlessly scroll to find your post later. I really liked the weight tracking and breaking up the workout weeks. Also liked the sum of each workouts total weight-that kept me hype. I enjoyed each work out for the most part. One thing I’d improve is the explainations for each movement. Not each move had a video, the camera angle wasn’t always the best( I including filming multiple angles for from) and sometimes explanations were too brief. I also prefer more variation in my workout routine-although I appreciate that this could have been intentional to truly show weight and skill progression. Overall would recommend and can’t wait to continue!

The programme is really well laid out however, I would have liked to have more machine workouts especially if it’s a gym guide. Also in the UK we have large KB which makes some of the workouts harder even with a super light weight

I love Esther and enjoy following her on IG. However this app is a miss for me sorry. There's no feature to tick sets off as I go or record weights. While the videos are somewhat helpful as a demo there is zero form notes or instructions on performing the exercises. Trying to follow a workout meant additionally manually adding everything to a set tracker app and then looking exercises up for proper form cues from instructors on youtube. The main barrier to me doing strength work as a beginner is that it's SO much to think about and keep track of on top of. The app/program wasn't really much more help to me in that regard than just looking up the workouts on IG. I used it once and it felt like so much additional admin I just never came back to it again. It would be really helpful if there was a voice over on the video giving basic cues I could let play through my sets, and the exercises were laid out in a table with a tick box/radio button for each set and the ability to add a note so I could record the weight I used. I also felt like the initial description included at the gym or at home? But the program really required the gym everyday. It would be helpful to have something where it's structured with 2 days in the gym where the exercises use the machines/equipment and then 3 machine free days to do at home with dumbbells/body weight. Moving my body isn't nearly as big a barrier if I can do it in private at home rather than need to navigate the gym. I'm happy to have purchased it to support Esther but the content wasn't very useful to me.

The workout tracking is super helpful. The program is advertised as being compatible for home workouts and it would be more helpful if the program showed the alternate versions. Would also be helpful if there are descriptions on some of the exercises for how to do them.

Sadly, there were no explanations of where you should be feeling the exercises, or what the exercise was (what’s a Kaz glute bridge vs a regular one?) This program also said it was ‘at home friendly’ … I’m not sure how to do a landmine squat at home? Lastly, no modifications which would have been great as it said this was ‘beginner friendly’. Disappointed in the program, requested a refund which was processed quickly.
