All of your plans are amazing. I was so anxious about entering a gym 10 months ago. And now, I'm full of confidence and know what I'm doing! I have tried a few, but you are by far the best online PT, ever. Your videos are incredibly easy to follow, and your knowledge of what you're doing is outstanding. Amazing challenge; love the format for set tracking and the accountability with the community in the app :) The movements were easy to understand and I saw lots of great improvement in strength, starting to see the definition I’m seeking as well. Great problem; looking forward to the next one!!

I loved this program! It was exactly what I needed to get back into a routine. I really challenged myself each week and loved seeing the change in my strength and muscle definition. The support from Ellen and the community was amazing and seeing everyone cheer each other on made it even more fun! I can’t wait to continue my progress in the next challenge!

I loved this challange! This is the first one that I have participated in, it was great having a goal walking into the gym. It made tracking my weights so much easier allowing me to progress without thinkinh about it. The different exercises kept it interesting, doing things I would have never tried on my own. I also loved the before and after pictures, taking them allowed me to see the difference that I would probably not have noticed on my own. I look forward to the next challange in March.

5⭐️! been a long time user of Ellen’s on demand programs and they helped me start a gym routine and go from 3 to 5 days regularly. this was my first challenge i’ve been able to join and it was incredible. if you are looking for something to motivate you and give you new things to try i highly recommend. the price is great - $35 for a brand new gym routine? dude, go on and get it 💪🏼

I purchased the program because I was hoping to find a positive group with motivation and direction. I was 110% satisfied with @ellenniemanfitnessplans I could have not asked for more nor expected the support, feedback and guidance received. The support from Ellen to believe in yourself and push limits beyond just what you think you can do and the results from doing so are exceptional. I enjoyed this so much I’m already signed up for March Madness. I also am doing her 5day split program in the interim. If you want to make a change you found the place and the perfect person to help you reach and surpass your goals. I absolutely loved walking into the gym and knowing exactly what I needed to do. She has video examples to so you can know the proper form, angles, etc. I highly recommend Ellen’s programs! 💪🏼❤️🔥

I am so glad that I joined this program. It was exactly what I needed to kick start my health journey again. I loved all the support that was offered through community in the app and how interactive Ellen was. I will be joining the march madness challenge to continue striving for my fitness and health goals!

Overall, I think they challenge has been a great experience. The community is wonderful and supportive. I love that there are both home and gym versions. The only thing I would change in the future is splitting it up by number of workouts per week. Obviously those who are able to workout 5 days per week are going to have a more significant transition than those that can only workout 3x per week. I think this would level the playing field as far as the challenge and participating for prizes goes. Would also love to see longer challenges. 6 weeks was a great way to kick off the new year and get back into a routine if you had fallen off, but it seems most people are wishing it wasn't about to end. Would love to be able to do a 12 week challenge with the same concepts - I think the transformations in that time would be amazing! Looking forward to seeing what challenges you come up with in the future.

Ellen’s challenge was awesome! The workouts are simple, but effective, and there are options for different exercises depending on equipment availability. The community and Ellen’s interaction were also a huge plus because it gave me the extra layer of accountability to push harder. I’d recommend Ellen’s programs to anyone looking for results without having to spend hours in the gym!

All in all I can say I’m definitely feeling stronger than before I started this challenge, and I would also do it again! Ellen provided a lot of support throughout the course and was very engaged with commenting and posting in the app. This program provides great structure and was a great way to help me lock into specific routines rather than sorta winging it. It’s not a great sub for fitness coaching (of course), and I often found myself needing to ask others for assistance with certain exercises I’d never done before or wasn’t sure about. Since form is often so important, I do wish there was more information in the Solin app on how to do things in the correct way to prevent hurting myself on things like barbells. This particular program definitely seems like a good fit for someone with a little more familiarity with the gym than a total beginner. The videos included with each exercise were super helpful but didn’t always give a good view on technique, etc.

Ellen’s workouts are great. Thoughtfully put together and don’t take up half a day in the gym (or home). Loved that I could get a quality pump in without having to rearrange my schedule to have enough time to get it in.

I love the versatility of this app and program. You’re able to record your reps as well as your lbs and the instructional videos help out so much when you’ve maybe never done that workout before. What I love most is if you don’t have the gym equipment Ellen set up the home options too, so easy to replace something if you don’t have the equipment. So far this has been a really positive experience for my first time being a part of a challenge like this. Very inspiring and keeps me accountable! I would not only do this again but I would point other people here too!

Reviewing now that it’s done: Not as interactive as I would have liked but people are motivated and positive in the comment sections. This competition wasn’t really based on any clear goal and it was hard to tell what contributed to winning vs losing or what was being judged. They also closed to competition faster than was realistic for myself and others to get their photos in. This was ultimately no different than finding a random workout split online and doing it. This creator actually posts all the splits on her instagram for free, so I’m not sure why I paid for it here.
