I really loved this 4 week challenge, unfortunately I couldn’t make it to the gym 7 days a week I make it at 3x. The challenge was successfully for me and I did achieve some results……….Thanks Channy your the best and I’m looking forward for our next challenge 💪🏾🔥🫶🏾🔥
