This challenge has been the best decision i have made in a while. I am so happy i joined. My body feels so much stronger and it’s only week 2. Cant wait to see results in week 5. The community of lovely ladies has helped me stay consistent and Celina is super motivational and sweet! Thank you Celina! Definitely seeing progress in first week.. of course if you really apply yourself and follow through! Celina is a great communicator as well. She makes sure to clear up any confusions or concerns. Also great at checking in and cheering you on!

So far, this challenge has been great. The workouts are straight forward and doable yet, makes you get in some good sweat. This is just what I needed as a working mom with a crazy schedule! Celina has also been a great support & attentive through it all.

I purchased this product in hopes to tone my body and feel more comfortable in it as well as incorporating more exercise that way I can be healthy as well, so far there’s nothing I dislike I think from my end I just feel like certain exercises I’m not in the correct form, and I feel like I don’t feel the muscles getting worked where they should be. For example, if we’re working on glutes, I’ll feel it in my quads so I think my form is wrong and I’m not targeting what I should be other than that everything else is pretty great !! (:

I’m concerned I won’t see progress, where I want to see it in my core mainly. I want to feel sore in my stomach like I do my legs…
