This program allows me to workout 4 days a week, which it perfectly fits my schedule. As a college students and full time worker, I can have 4 days to workout and have a great time hitting every muscle. To be honest, I’m not accustomed to some exercises. Although, these new exercises helped me get juicy pumps with different variations of working out. For example; attempting progressive overload from working out with top sets, working sets, and strip/drop sets. I didn’t workout with this type of training. So I’ve been noticing how different it is from my old training. I hope to achieve a difference in my physic and strength. Currently, I’m bulking. So, that would be also a surplus on my physic and strength .
