Love Ava’s programming! It’s women and men friendly! I have been on a strength and body building journey for about 10 months. I work out with my husband a lot and we do the workouts together! The sets/splits are intense and challenge you! Well, pending on the weight you put, but if you go hard with intensity, you will see results! I have bought 4 programs this far! Thanks Ava!

LOVE the program and the lifts. The supersets are new to me and honestly I absolutely love that. Little surprised that there are not more tricep specific movements but overall the program is legitimately great and challenging in such a good way!!!! Love Ava’s mindset and no nonsense attitude.

Ava is amazing. She really takes a lot of time and is dedicated with her programs. I enjoy the detailed videos and specifications on exercises. It’s intense but thats good! I appreciate the challenge. My only critique is that some days seem repetitive with a motion—leg days with lunges, arm days with lateral shoulder movements. Id like maybe a bit more variety on some days. This is me being NIT PICKY HOWEVER! And this doesn’t mean they are not effective exercises! Just my novice opinion. All in all Ava is an excellent, knowledgeable, no bullshit, hardworking woman. Buy her program!

3 days into the challenge, I got myself asking if I’ve been rely training or playing in the gym. This program is a blessing in disguise folks. It gets you questioning your life choices but when you look on the other side of the horizon, you see a better version of yourself. I’m definitely purchasing another program after this one.

This was definitely all mental, and that’s what I needed. Besides running on the weekends, this is all the cardio I did, and I lost 4 pounds since the challenge started. It also helped for when I run cause I be wanting to give up when I go up an incline/hill, but I keep it pushing.

I’ve purchased two other programs from two other trainers and didn’t feel confident or comfortable with the application or workouts to continue. Ava’s program is well laid out on an application that’s easy to follow. Her demos and cues make it super easy to fix my form. I’m challenging myself and getting out of my comfort zone. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this program to others.

I just finished week 1 and if you're looking for a glute program this is the perfect one. This program is super intense and keeps you consistent by providing a community where you can share your progress and be support for one another. She has videos for every exercise and breaks down exactly how they should be performed. I'm glad I purchased this program and I can't wait to see my final results. Ava also has a full body program that I completed and I love my end results. I recommend both programs and I guarantee you won't be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This glute guide is amazing. It really bumps up the intensity. I highly recommend completing the full body program first. I am really learning to push myself to my limits. After each workout I’m drenched but I feel so good and accomplished. Ava’s workout programs really perpetuate that me vs me mentality, I’m in my own world trying to be better than I was the day before. Also, she’s available to answer questions!

Ava I just want to thank you once again for creating this program. LOVE! This program literally helped change my life. I’m 20 and my body fat percentage is down 4 percent. It is 2 percent lower than what I was at 17. I’ve had so many people tell me I look a lot smaller and I feel healthier overall. This plan is so easy to follow from the descriptions to the videos. I’ve failed to finish every plan I’ve done except this one. It’s so good I’m gonna do it a second time!

I enjoyed the videos and the clarity of the plan. It was easy to follow I would say it’s beginner friendly in the explanations and the the videos help a TON. I will say working out 5 days a week is a lot but it’s is the shock to the normal routine I needed. If I am being honestly I missed the 5 mtg workout a few times. You will make mistakes, you won’t be perfect but Ava made it easy to get back into it once you stumble. If I ate crap the day before I still got up the next day and hit the gym. I forced myself to experience the consequences of eating like sh*t and going to the gym the next day, how my eating habits were equally as important as showing up to work out. The community chat helps keep you accountable and it shows YOU ARE NOT ALONE!! I am excited to do round 2 of the plan as I am happy with the results I have from the first 8 weeks

Leg workouts are great. Upper body could be more varied and more intense. I only refer to this for leg day and do another program for upper body
