The product I signed up for ended up not being what I was expecting. I sent an email to customer service and let them know it wasn’t what I was looking for and asked for a refund. Sarah-Anne responded and refunded me within the next day. It was super easy and she was so polite and personable. I would not hesitate to buy anything again. Fantastic customer service
