Babyyyy !!! when i say i took a leap of faith, im glad i did . her workouts made me get up go outside and work hard . ive been putting in the work and it is definitely showing. I started the challenge at 250.8 and today I am 238.0 and the challenge still has 3 days left but i feel amazing

The app is great! I love that fact that i can work out based on my schedule. I admire seeing other women who are so motivated to do the same is a great environment to be a part of. I know that there were some things that needed to be fixed within the app (understanding the circuits), but over I’m really pleased with this app.

Ashley is inspiring and motivating and all around completely awesome. This challenge is just that a CHALLENGE!! I’ve enjoyed the workouts and seen progress after the first week, pushing myself to go just a little harder with each round. I love it and plan to do this same challenge again in the future.

The design and set up for each workout is straightforward and very easy to understand. DEFINITELY MAKES YOU HAVE TO DIG DEEP TO FINISH! Workouts are simple but effective! If you want to sweat your butt off, shred weight and tone up, it’s definitely for you. Ashley did a FANTASTIC JOB. Making a difference in the world, one workout at a time🩷🤝🏽

Workouts are awesome (and intense)! But that’s why we’re here, to push ourselves. Community is amazing! Having the support of the coach and the other people for motivation and accountability is exactly what I needed. Thank you Ashley for creating a safe and encouraging space for us! 🫶🏾

After taking 6 months fully immersed in pilates I knew I wanted to get back into some strength and conditioning with my workouts. This program has been the perfect shift and each workout has left me COOKED and feeling incredible! The programming is challenging in the best way!
